I just posted some new riding shots from Deegans new compound…More at Tedescophoto.com

Last night Deegan, Lusk, Wes Agee and myself headed out to the Perris Speedway for the Ricky Johnson off-road race. It was a bad ass event, the course looked like a full on motocross track for trucks; with doubles, table tops and inside-outside lines. It was cool to be able see the whole track and not just a little portion of it like most off-road desert races. Right before the Mains started Wes and I got on our bikes and put on a freestyle show with Deegan and Lusk on the mic. It was a good time as always, right after the show Deegan got in his truck and raced to finish 2nd in his class, check out the pics…
I’m right in the middle of a 6 week tour called the Rockstar Mayhem Festival…It is F*cking sick, we ride everyday while bands like BLACK TIDE, MACHINE HEAD and SLIPKNOT play in front of 20,000+ people. The 30 date tour is almost half way over so check the schedule and come out and say whats up!!

Right after I got home from the Journeys Tour I packed up my van and headed up to Reno NV for a demo at an Unwritten Law concert. The show was bad ass, that band still rips!
An 8 hour drive home Sunday then off to Baltimore MD for the first stop of the AST Dew Tour. I had to be there early for Open Qualifying. There was a lot of good riders there and i knew it was going to hard to make it. I ended up sticking my run and made it into one of the eight open spots that advanced to the pre-lims. I was pumped to make it, it had been one of my goals for a while now. The next day I missed the Finals by a few spots and ended up 14th overall. I will be at the rest of the Dew Tour stops battling to get into the finals!
I flew straight from Baltimore Saturday afternoon to ride a demo at Iowa Speedway on Sunday morning… Or I tried to at least, my flight was a nightmare and to make a long story short I got to the speedway at 4am with no gear bag in sight. I got a couple hours of sleep then borrowed some gear that didn’t really fit and a ‘97 McGrath replica helmet from a fan…We did one show before the race and despite of all the problems it went really well, the Indy car fans were stoked. We spent the rest of the day up in the suite watching the race.

This years BBQ tour was by far the best yet, I cant believe the 5 week tour is already over. We had stops in Dallas, Denver, Nashville, NYC and Philly…This tour is one of my favorites because along with our Metal Mulisha FMX demos, it has the worlds best skateboarders and BMXers tearing up the vert and mini ramps. This year we also had a special guest appearance by Speedo Man!! check out the pics below…For more stories and info check out Journeysbbq.com

I just got back from a month long journey in Austria. I was there riding a contest series called the Masters of Dirt. It was an awesome trip, we rode in Vienna, Linz, Salzburg and Graz. The riding went good, I made the finals in every show except for one, (maybe too much party before that one). Check the pics…..

Last weekend was a busy one for me…Started out getting dropped off across the USA/MEX border, catching a cab to the TJ airport and flying down to Culiacan. This wasn’t my first time flying out of TJ but i was still pessimistic about the trip. It was all good though as soon as i got on board, uncrowded plane and free beer…Cant find that on any domestic US flights these days. I made it down to Culiacan with no problems, ordered a pizza to the room and called it a night.
Saturday we rode in the nice new soccer stadium. The stands were packed full of loud fans and everyone was riding really good. There was also a couple local bands that played. We got the show done, cracked a couple cervesas and hit the taco stand.
Sunday morning back to the airport, fly to TJ, cab to US border, walk back to California, and wait for my ride at McDonalds to take me back to my car in Rancho San Diego. I got to my van just in time to pin it up to Riverside for the Metal Mulisha/ 777 demo. Most of the boys were on hand up at the show, it was sick! I was pumped i made it back in time to ride!
I am leaving for Vienna, Austria on Wednesday for the Masters of Dirt Contest on the 23rd. Check back soon for more up-dates!
